    Sexting among teens is a nationwide problem. In recent weeks some teenagers in Todd County have been caught with explicit photos and could possibly be facing child pornography charges.

 

    Child pornography is any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor. We don’t typically think of a teenager sending a nude selfie to others as such. State and federal laws say otherwise.

    “It is illegal to posses child pornography, even if it is a juvenile possessing it of other juveniles. It is still a crime to posses it  no matter how old you are,” said Eagle Bend Police Officer Bobby Berndt.
