Eagle Bend man charged with criminal sexual conduct

According to court documents, Brian Prather of Eagle Bend was charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct in the second degree, both felonies.
Officer Bobby Berndt received a complaint about alleged sexual conduct on February 14. The alleged victim and her mother were interviewed by Berndt and a case worker from TCHHS.
Berndt met with Prather at the Eagle Bend City Hall, where Berndt took a mirandized statement and recording. . .
