Watching the positive example of other priests was what brought Father Mitchell Bechtold into service.
“Seeing the example of other priests. The pastor I had growing up, Father Leon Slominski, just seeing his good example and hearing him preach caused me to think ‘is this something I want to do?’ He seems happy and he seemed to make other people happy,” said Bechtold.
