On February 22, at 8:51 a.m., the Todd County Sheriff’s Office along with the Central MN Violent Offender Task Force executed a search warrant at the address of 102 Robert St. South in the city of Clarissa. 

Taken into custody was Scott Andrew Ferrian, 43. Ferrian was booked into the Todd County Detention Center for: fifth degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), receiving stolen property, fifth degree possession of controlled substance (prescription medication schedule four controlled substance). Ferrian is to appear in court on February 25.
