The Browerville Fire Department was paged at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, November 19, for a house fire in Section 18 of Little Elk Township, Browerville. They were assisted by the Long Prairie Fire Department with tankers and man power. The farm house, owned by Ted Golla, was occupied by renter Pamela Allenson who called in the fire. The occupants in the home safely exited before it was consumed by flames. The fire crews were on scene until 2:45 p.m. The home was a complete loss.
