    The Verndale School Board met on May 1, and adjourned at 7:36 p.m.

​

Grad Cap Decorations 

    “After graduation last year the question was brought up ‘why do we let the seniors decorate their caps?’ The answer was, ‘good question.’ So, we are going to stop that process,” said Principal Arick Follingstad.

​

    Last year, they tried to minimize the decorations by giving out the caps one hour before graduation. Seniors arrived with pre-made tops to add to their hat.
