Construction for the Highway 10 project began on June 3. They will resurface the west end between Bluffton and 3rd St. W. in Wadena, then the east end between Harry Rich Dr. and Oink Joint Rd. Crews were working by the County Road 75 intersection on June 6 .They are working to widen the road and install new center left turn lanes.
