Level 3 Predatory Offender moves back to Wadena

The Wadena County Sheriff’s Department and the Wadena Police Department are announcing a community notification for a Level Three Sex Offender who was returned to Wadena County on Monday, October 1. Christopher Austin Sharp, age 28, moved to the vicinity of 200 Block of 1st Street Southwest, Wadena.
Sharp has a history of sexual contact with three female victims (two age 14-15 and one adult). Contact included sexual touching and penetration. Sharp was known to victims.
In addition to level two notification (schools and daycares as well as establishments and organizations that primarily serve individuals likely to be victimized by the offender), law enforcement may notify other members of the community whom the offender is likely to encounter.
