    On the early morning of June 15, Jason St. George of Grey Eagle was driving to work when he came upon a tow truck parked halfway in his lane out on a curve on Highway 287 in Long Prairie. St. George pulled off to the side and let an oncoming car pass him, but just as he was about to start on his way again, he noticed something peculiar
