More than 200 people gathered at National Joint Powers Alliance (NJPA) on Tuesday, March 21, to celebrate decades of shared regional success at the service cooperative’s 40th anniversary open house.

    As part of the event’s formal program, Stephen Jones, superintendent from Little Falls Community Schools, provided a brief overview of his district’s history with NJPA’s Education Solutions team. Jones has been a key regional player in helping shape NJPA’s current programming and services for area schools.

    “What NJPA does for Region 5 kids, for Region 5 adults, for Region 5 families is phenomenal,” said Jones. “You are part of something truly, truly special here at NJPA. And as my fellow superintendents, and administrators throughout this region know, we are dang lucky to be part of this. . .
