On February 28, a burglary was reported at the Pro Ag facility in Clarissa.
According to the Todd County Sheriff’s Department, it was found that someone had entered the office area and had opened the vault safe.
An unknown amount of cash was taken.
The break-in took place at approximately 9:15 p.m. on February 27 when it appears the individual(s) broke into the mill and then into the vault door.
The suspect(s) appear to have been on the premises for several hours going through desk drawers and breaking into the vault.
There has been no arrest made in this incident as of presstime.
