A Matter of Perspective
I have been trying a few different things to better my overall health.
I really feel that what I am doing is working, especially when I couple it with proper eating.
I have been taking Black Seed Oil which I am learning is good for just about EVERYTHING! I started taking it in hopes that it would help regulate my blood sugar and overall I have had much better levels. It’s amazing to me. Yes, I still take insulin and Metformin, but I am feeling like I might actually be able to begin to lower the doses.
Black Seed Oil, derived from the seeds of the Nigella sativa plant, has been used for centuries in traditional medicine. Its health benefits are attributed to its active compounds, such as thymoquinone, which have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties.
Here are the potential health benefits of Black Seed Oil: 1. Boosts Immune System, 2. Reduces Inflammation, 3. Supports Digestive Health, 4. Improves Skin Health, 5. Enhances Hair Growth, 6. Promotes Heart Health, 7. Aids in Weight Loss, 8. Balances Blood Sugar Levels, 9. Supports Respiratory Health, 10. Improves Liver Function, 11. Antimicrobial Properties. and 12. Supports Brain Health.
These are things that it may help with. That sounds like pretty much the entire body!
I am currently tracking my blood sugar and have taken photos of my hair which is very thin. I will take more photos as time progresses.
I am also using another protocol which may help with cardio (heart), liver and brain health. It is a combination of superfoods that have shown promise in helping with specific and overall health.
Most of you who know me, know that I don’t run. Anywhere. If you ever see me running, you can be sure that something really terrifying is chasing me.
I was feeling pretty good and energetic the other day (and more and more often now, too) and I thought, “I am going to run down these stairs.” And I did.
It surprised my granddaughter and my friend so much they both asked if I had run down the stairs!
I said, “Yes. I just felt like it.”
It feels good to feel better. I haven’t had this much energy in a long time.
