A Matter of Perspective
A few years ago I wrote a series of stories about how to make money online. Some of the ways were kind of difficult, some were rather easy.
One of the ways that I had written about was taking surveys.
I have been taking surveys and doing other tasks on one particular site for several years now. It is just something I like to do to earn a few extra dollars. When I first started I would get a $40 check every three months or so. Not much to brag about.
I still don’t make a super huge amount—I am working on my business, so that takes time—but I have been bringing home at least $50 a month for the past three months.
It may not seem like much, but that $50 extra per month pays for the Internet service that my family and I use. That $50 per month also pays a little on our electric bill.
It all adds up. It may not add up fast, but it all counts. A lot of that money is earned playing online games (free ones). I like playing games anyway, so it is an easy way for me to earn a little extra cash.
When it is as cold outside as it has been for the past few days, it is a good way to earn some money while staying inside where it is at least a bit warmer!
If you are interested in trying this out, message me on Facebook and I can send you the link.

So, how about that Tom Brady?!
He just proved that a middle-aged man can beat a younger opponent.
My take on this is that we should never let age determine what we can or cannot do. With the right mind-set, we can do anything!
Speaking of mindset, I wanted to remind you all about A Bunch of Happy Losers on Facebook.
Since we don’t do the Be A Loser With Karin challenge anymore, I hope some of you will join the online group. There are no prizes except the winning feeling of being in a group of like-minded people.
Simply type “A Bunch of Happy Losers” in the search bar on Facebook and it will take you right to us! There are four in the group right now, but we would like to have 10 in the group, so request membership today. It’s free and you can get priceless advice so why not try it out!
Thinking about “priceless advice” I am working on my next book. It is kind of a self-help book and I am hoping it will help even one person who reads it. I like to write fiction, but this one veers off from that and is a story of my personal journey to better health and wholeness.
The book will be a semi-light/semi-heavy read and will, with hope, give someone just that little boost they need.
We could all use a little boost these days!
I’m hoping to have the first draft done by the end of March, so be watching for that!
And finally...Coffee.
Need I say more?!
Hoping you all have a good and prosperous week!
