Bears cross country has strong showing at Pelican Rapids

Last Thursday, the Bertha-Hewitt Cross Country team journeyed to Pelican Rapids to run at the Glenn Mourke Invitational.

In Junior High Girls action, Aulani Johnson won the 3200-meter event with a time of 15:09. Aislin Brown, Eva Blashack and Lydia Brown also placed in the top 5.

The Junior High Boys run saw Isaac Radniecki cross the finish line first with a time of 13:22. Ruger Oyster finished 3rd and Gage Barthel 4th for the Bears.

The Varsity Girls race featured lone Runner Kendra Miller. Kendra ran a great race and finished 3rd with a time of 21:58. . .
