Bears end season

This past week the Bears headed into playoffs as the 3 seed on their side of section 6A.
They started the first round of playoffs on Wednesday (10/23) at home against Laporte.
The Bears won the first set 25-11 and the second set 25-16. Laporte fought back and had the lead in the third set but the Bears managed to pull off the win 25-23.
The Bears then traveled to Clarissa on Friday (10/25) to face the number 2-seeded Browerville/Eagle Valley Tigers.
The Bears lost the first set 22-25, then rebounded to win the second set 25-15.
During this set senior setter Jorja Weishalla was able to reach her 2000 career set assist.
The Bears would then go on to lose the third set 23-25 and the fourth set 24-26.
The Bears finished their season with a record of 18-12.
There will be an end of the season awards banquet on November 19.
