Bears fall twice

The Bertha-Hewitt Bears took on the Swanville Bulldogs and the Menahga Braves this past week in a Section 5A and Park Region Conference contest, falling in both, 62-26 and 70–30 respectively.

On Tuesday night, the Bears traveled to Swanville to take on the Bulldogs. A cold shooting night doomed the Bears. The Bears connected on 12 of 45 attempts from the floor. Carissa Winscher lead the way with 8 points and 9 rebounds. Miranda Line finished with 8 points, 6 rebounds and 4 steals. Hailey Hudalla finished with 5 points and 4 rebounds. . .
