Bears suffer defeat against Nevis Tigers

The Bertha-Hewitt Bears’ season record dropped to 2-2 following a 56-18 loss to the undefeated 4-0 Nevis Tigers.

The evening began with a Staff Appreciation ceremony to honor the Bertha-Hewitt School staff, combined with a celebration for the Hall of Fame inductees. Head Coach Jared Hoemberg expressed, “We had a fantastic crowd for the game; it was an excellent night for football.”...
