Drivers injured in two-vehicle crash

According to the Todd County Sheriff’s Office, on May 5, at 12:41 p.m., a two-vehicle accident with injures was reported on 215th Avenue, south of Clarissa.

Kolton Guenther of Alexandria was northbound on 215th Avenue driving a 2005 Dodge 1500 truck. Robert Anderson of Clarissa was pulling out of a driveway on 215th Avenue in a 2002 Jeep Cherokee. The truck hit the front end of the Jeep causing the Jeep to enter the ditch.

Both drivers received injuries and were transported from the scene.

The Clarissa Fire Department, State Patrol, DNR, Browerville Ambulance, and Life Link assisted at the scene.
