Enrollment affects schools’ funding

Enrollment continues to make a steady rebound since the pandemic, but not all schools have recovered to pre-pandemic numbers as some students have opted to homeschool, participate in online learning or alternative learning methods.

A school’s enrollment directly impacts the funding a school receives. The more students, the more funding they get.
