Fa-la-la-la Food Truck Festival

The Verndale School cafeteria was transformed by the culinary arts class so that they could present a special holiday treat.
Teacher Angie Wallin thought of an interesting way to get her students to create a series of food trucks. While Wallin wasn’t sure where she got the idea, the students were excited about it.
The idea was brought to the students in November. The only prerequisite was that they had to work in groups, which was not a problem.
The students had a taste of this idea as they had already been selling drinks to staff on Fridays....
