Girls run down competition

On Tuesday, April 15, we traveled to Perham to participate in their Invitational. The team placed 9 out of 13 teams. Placing in the top 8 and scoring for the Lady Raiders were: Kendra Miller - 800m (6th - 2:29.14), Aulani Johnson - 100m hurdles (3rd - 18.40) and 300m hurdles (5th - 54.02), Payton Allen - shot put (8th - 28’01”), Piper Dean - high jump (4th - 4’10”), 4x800m relay team of Piper Dean, Miette Hansel, Kendra Miller, and Lezah Dean (1st - 10:19.07), and 4x400m relay team of Miette Hansel, Aulani Johnson, Kendra Miller, Piper Dean (3rd - 4:25.94).

“Tuesday was a great meet for many—lots of personal records were broken. The girls continue to work hard. We will be back in action in Park Rapids on Tuesday, April 22, when we travel to Park Rapids. A huge shout out to all of our supporters for continuing to brave the cold weather to come cheer us on at meets,” said Head Coach Alexys Thompson....
