Golfers heading to State

Sections wrapped up on Tuesday, June 4. We have two golfers headed back to state!
How they qualify for State- The section tournament is a two-day event. They play 18 holes each day. The first day, everyone in the section plays. Four teams make it to day two and anyone who is within 10 strokes of the leader qualifies as an individual to play the second day.
The second day-One team qualifies for State and the top 5 individuals, excluding the players on the team that qualifies.
Boys- Day 1
Carter White struggled his whole round. He was fighting for pars, kept grinding and finished his round with 2 birdies and ended shooting an 80. He barely made the cut to play the second day. At the end of the day he was in 20th place....
