Hands of Hope offering a helping hand for 30 years

by Karin L. Nauber

Have you ever had a secret that you couldn’t tell because it might actually cost your life?

Victims of abuse and violent crimes are often scared—terrified, in fact—to tell their story. The fear of getting killed by their abuser is often more of a threat than the abuse or at least it is perceived to be.

For 30 years, the Hands of Hope Resource Center (the organization had various other names in prior years) has been helping victims to no longer remain victims.

Their mission is: Hands of Hope Resource Center advocates, educates and promotes societal change for those affected by violence and abuse. We provide support and advocacy services to victims/survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, child abuse and general crime in Morrison and Todd counties. . .
