January 24, 1996
Pat Lunemann presented a check for $3500 to Pastor Brian Birk for the Todd County Habitat for Humanity. This is the largest donation to the group so far. At least 30 people donated their time and skills to work on Lunemann’s dairy barn, Twin Eagle Dairy. They spent many hours installing ceramic tiling and sheetrocking and taping.

Featured musicians at the Eagle Valley Christmas Concert. Soloists Lisa Brown and Anna Soli, Diane Irish, Katie Ahrens, Arin Stoterau and Meghan Greene entertained with their flutes prior to the Christmas concert.
50 Years Ago
December 23, 1971
The Tooter Rooters will put on a play to raise money for band uniforms. The play chosen is “The Mouse That Roared” and will be directed by Mrs. Marjorie Axum. It will be presented on Saturday, February 19.

Little Kraig Krause, the four-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Dick Krause of Browerville, had the winning ticket in the snowmobile contest sponsored by the Clarissa American Legion Post 213.
