Jean Eisenbraun was at the Clarissa City Council meeting to let them know she was not pleased with her water pressure, nor the fire hydrant on her property. She was told that the hydrant was not moved because the whole block was not dug up as originally planned. When the hydrant was dug up they found a four-inch water main, rather than the two-inch that the old plans showed. The city agreed to have Sovich run water through her new line to try to clean it out not that the line has been looped. She was on a dead-end line for years.
