Accelerated reader high point earners for each class are: Grade 1: Patricia Lopez, Amber Sandmeyer and Megan Thibideau. Grade 2: Ashley Perish, Elise Krause, Nicholas Nauber and Lacey Crider. Grade 3: Tyler Berg, Brian Denny and Evan Host. Grade 4: Patrick Perish all school high point earner at 101.1 points, Joseph Harren all school high point earner 78.6 points and Jon Sorenson. Grade five: Taylor Lunemann, Rachel Wagner and Levi Wildman. Grade six: Eva Wood all school high point earner 72.6 points, Alicia Jahraus and Joseph LaVoie.

The Clarissa City Council heard reports and approved getting bids for blacktopping streets plus a 300 foot sewer and water extension for the end of Hill Avenue as the last three lots have been sold.

April 17, 1975
The Clarissa Board of Education set the annual school board election for Tuesday, May 20 from 6 to 9 p.m. at which time two terms will be filled for board members. Board members whose terms will expire are Warren Jacobson and John Godding. Each of these terms are for three years.

Seven schools with a total of 12 choruses, including boys and girls, participated in the sub-section music festival held at Clarissa last Friday.
