**** UPDATE **** March 6th, 2023 (From the Todd County Sheriff's Office).
The vehicle and suspect have been identified. Charges are pending on Crystal Honzay of Park Rapids for leaving the scene of a property damage crash. We appreciate everyone's help in this case.
