Lina Belar featured poet at Poetry Walk of Green Island

Selections of poetry from “At the Crossroads,” a new book by Lina Belar, will be on display during July on the Poetry Walk of Green Island Preserve in Wadena. Lina is a local writer and historian whose work ranges from Century Farms to ancestral Slovenia.

Later this season, the Poetry Walk will host the poetry of nature activist Mike Tauber. His book, “The Third Forest,” is a call to evaluate our individual and collective relationships with the natural world and each other, and to consider our choices and their effects on all of reality....
