The Hewitt Senior Citizens held their monthly meeting at 2 p.m. on July 6 with 30 members present and one visitor. President Marion called the meeting to order and led the pledge to our flag. Sharon Howe was the guest and before the meeting, she talked about the food shelf in Bertha. It was very interesting and good to know our community takes part in it. Marion is the chairman for the pie sale for Hewitt Days.
