Patrick Quance of Staples is an entrepreneur, who has added “author” to his list of accomplishments. With a background as a music educator, composer, Christian musician, radio announcer, founder of Quance Music Ministries and Pat’s Voiceovers, www.patsvo.com, his creative pursuits have expanded into the world of historical fiction.
Patrick, known to most as “Pat”, is an outgoing, friendly person who gives you the impression that he would help anyone in need. Well, that is exactly what inspired Pat to author and publish his own novel, “The Cross and the Swastika”.
It all started when Pat and his wife, Nancy, met with Susan Smith-Grier, their friend and a freelance writer, who was looking for writing projects.
During that meeting, Pat was reminded of his own interest in writing. He asked Susan if she would coach him through the process and she agreed. She lent her guidance to Pat by giving advice on the process of creative writing, thus, setting Pat’s writing journey in motion....
