Man arrested on charges of kidnapping and criminal sexual conduct
On October 12, at 7:23 p.m., the Todd County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) responded to a report of a female in the city of Browerville who reported that she had been approached on the street and restrained and inappropriately touched by a male party.
After investigation, the TCSO arrested Kendilove Charles, 26, of Browerville, on suspicion of Criminal Sexual Conduct and Kidnapping.
There is no danger to the public, and Charles is being held at the Todd County Jail pending formal charges.
