The Kotula Store, formerly Kotula Mercantile Co., which Jos. F. John and Jos. F. Kotula bought from Barney Barrington in 1920, later dissolved partnership when Mr. Kotula took over alone in 1938. It will now be operated by Walter Kotula, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Kotula. The store has been remodeled and redecorated and is now a complete, modern self-service grocery. The new manager will continue to handle the Jack Sprat line of fine foods plus a full line of fresh fruits and vegetables.
