New location, same commitment for the Verndale Sun
The Verndale Sun office store front will no longer be open, but don’t worry, you are not losing your hometown newspaper. We are combining offices with our sister paper, the Independent News Herald, located in Clarissa.
All business for the Sun will now be conducted at the Clarissa office. Office hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. You can reach us by phone at 218-756-2131, mail or by email: verndalesun@inhnews.com
Just a reminder—news submissions and payments by USPS mail will be collected on Tuesdays and that week's paper will have already gone to print. For time-sensitive items—such as classified ads, open houses or any submissions that need to be pre-paid—please email or call the office and you can prepay with a credit card.
We appreciate your patience during this transition and look forward to continuing to serve you from our new location.
