Pelican Rapids man faces felonies after drunk driving crash leaves Eagle Bend victim injured

Brock Tomas Hasling, 18, of Pelican Rapids faces four felony charges in a drunk driving accident that severely injured an Eagle Bend man.

According to court documents, on February 17, at approximately 1:45 a.m., Collin Moller, 18, of Eagle Bend, contacted the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office to report that he was a passenger in a vehicle that was involved in a crash on Channel Road in Otter Tail County. He was stuck inside the vehicle and had injuries. ​

Law enforcement learned that Brock Hasling had been driving and had fled the scene to a nearby residence....
