Pirates came up short last week

The Pirates dropped a road game at Clarissa when they fell to the Browerville/Eagle Valley Tigers 45-64.

The Pirates were down 18-32 at the half, but started the second half on a 6-0 run.

The Pirates couldn’t get the key stops they needed as Browerville was able to score in the paint.

Verndale outrebounded the Tigers 37-35....
