Pirates take down the Wolves and the Eagles

On Tuesday, January 17, the Verndale Pirates Boys Basketball team hosted the Wolves from Walker-Hackensack-Akeley and came out on top by a score of 63-51.

The Pirates had four players get to double digits in the scoring column with Jaden Schulke scoring 20 points. Shawn Schmitz added 15, Carter White had 12, and Torii Hagen put in 10 points. The Pirates forced 22 turnovers on the night with Shawn Schmitz and Jaden Shulke having 7 and 6 steals respectively. . .
