Pohlmann charged with criminal vehicular homicide in the death of Brandon Host

Charges have been filed against Matthew Pohlmann of Grey Eagle in the death of Brandon Host of Browerville.

Pohlmann has been charged with Criminal Vehicular Homicide-operate vehicle, felony, with negligence-under influence of alcohol that carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and/or $20,000; CVH-alcohol concentration .08 or more within two hours of driving, felony, (10 years, $20,000); 2nd degree DWI-operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol, gross misdemeanor, (one year, $3000); and 2nd degree DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within 2 hours....
