POW/MIA poppy display earns honors for Browerville VFW and Auxiliary #8391

“As the Buddy Poppy Chair I am super proud. Congratulations to Sue Wiersgalla and Browerville [Veterans of Foreign Wars #8391] on your 2nd place win at National. . . Congratulations I am so proud of you!”
These were the words of Department of Minnesota Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Poppy Chairman Tammy Shell as she congratulated the Browerville VFW and Auxiliary on their award-winning presentation.
The project—a POW/MIA (Prisoner of War/Missing In Action) hot air balloon display—was displayed with a background of sky and a field of poppies below it. . .
