Rach places 8th: Bertha-Hewitt boys race to 7th place at State meet

Bertha-Hewitt had some elite performances by all 7 runners at the Minnesota State High School Cross Country championships last week at St. Olaf College. Freshman Brady Rach ran a time of 16:27.19 and placed 8th for the Bears. This placing earned him an All-State award.
Junior sensation Zane Guderjahn continued his record-setting year with his personal best of 16:56 and finished 33rd out of 159 runners that were at the start line.
Junior Zach Baumgartner finished in 85th with a 17:34 and fellow Junior Preston Miller was right behind in 86th place with a time of 17:40. . .
