Raiders boys earn second place at Bemidji

Congratulations to the Bertha/Hewitt/Verndale Raiders boys track team as they placed 2nd at the Bemidji indoor track meet with 81 points behind first place Perham (98 points).

New school records were set by: 4X800 team of Preston Miller, Zane Guderjahn, Zach Baumgartner and Brady Rach, first place time of 8:35; Brady Rach in the 1600 meter with 4:28.39 3rd place finish; and Malachi Ervasti in the 60 meter dash with a time of 7.22.

Brady Rach also finished first in the long jump with a mark of 19’3.75”. . .
