On Tuesday, the Bears traveled to our home floor for what we knew would be a big challenge for us. In the first quarter, both teams played very evenly as the score was 11-13 in favor of Bertha-Hewitt. In the second, we worked very hard to get 10 points but we also worked hard to only give up 4 points of which 2 points were at the last second of the half. The score midway was 21-17 in our favor. The second half was very intense and both teams came out looking to take control of the momentum. The fourth quarter was looking to be a real test for both teams. We got to within 4 points of them but they did a good job of controlling the ball. The final was 37-46.
