On Sunday night, at an undetermined hour, thieves broke into Marv’s Grocery here in Eagle Bend. It appears that an attempt was made to enter the store through the coal room in the basement by going down through the coal chute, but that attempt proved unsuccessful. The thieves then went to the east window in the backroom of the store, forced it open and made their entry.
