December 31, 1970
On January 4, 1971, the Minnesota Conservation Department will cease to exist. In its place will be a new “Department of Natural Resources,” created by the legislature during the 1969 session.

The Broadway Birthday Club will hold its first meeting of the new year on Tuesday, January 5. The meeting will be held at the home of Mrs. Carl Nuland.
