Running at Pine Ridge Golf course

The Verndale cross country team competed at the ABE invitational on Tuesday October 8.
We had seven runners competing in the three different races.
The Junior High boys and girls ran together with Heta Tervola Hultberg, Aaliyah Bailey and Charlie Johnson all competing. Heta finished with a time of 20 minutes and 19 seconds, Aaliyah finished a with a new personal best time of 18 minutes and 46 seconds and Charlie received first place in the JH boys division finishing the course in 12 minutes and 58 seconds. This is also a new personal best for Charlie.
Running in the varsity women’s race were Haylee Horn and Angelica Arroyo. Haylee completed the course in 29 minutes and 25 seconds, Angelica finished with a time of 26 minutes and 26 seconds....
