Verndale seventh and eighth grade students were treated to a day of learning about agriculture on Thursday, September 21.

Students from Cass, Crow Wing, Morrison, Todd and Wadena counties were invited to participate in the Agriculture Career Exploration Program (ACRE) to learn about agricultural jobs in hopes to pique their interest in that career field. The project was funded by a grant from the USDA....
