Solid Waste Ground-breaking Ceremony...A long time coming but the day finally arrived

The official ground-breaking ceremony for the Todd County Solid Waste Transfer Station update was held on Monday, April 29. It was a cold and drizzly morning, but that did not dampen the expressions of gratitude at the event finally taking place.
Solid Waste Supervisor Mike Eberle opened up the event.
Also speaking were representatives from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), State Representative Mike Wiener, Commissioner Barb Becker and Commissioner Randy Neumann.
The process to get to this day was long and the official process began with the bonding tour on September 6, 2019....
