Stately faces multiple charges

Jennifer Marie Stately, age 35, is a Red Lake woman who activated an AMBER Alert on Friday, March 15 when she abducted her three-year-old son Ethan.

Stately was stopped without incident on Highway 71 in Todd County by a county deputy.

According to Todd County, Stately has been charged with the following:

• 609.377.1 - Malicious Punishment of a Child - Arrest of Adult

• 609.3775.2 - Child torture - Torture of a child - Arrest of Adult

• 609.223.3 - Assault-3rd Degree-Victim Under Four - Arrest of Adult and

• 609.378.1(a)(1) - Neglect of a Child-Results Substantial Harm Physical/Emotional Health-F - Arrest of Adult....
