Team members earn experience

On Monday, September 9, the Verndale Cross Country team participated in the Long Prairie-Grey Eagle Invitational. Despite the higher temperatures on the course the team was able to complete the course and earn some PB’s.

Coming off an injury Heta Tervola Hultburg completed the JH 2.5 K course with a time of 20:27. Aaliyah Bailey competing for the first time this season completing the JH course with a time 20:05.

Angelica Arroyo ran the varsity womens 5k race finishing with a time of 29:27....
