Three injured in Browerville accident
On December 16, at 9:53 a.m., the Todd County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two-vehicle accident with injuries on Highway 71, near 241st Avenue, just south of Browerville.
A juvenile female was driving southbound on Highway 71 in a 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe when she lost control of the vehicle due to the icy road conditions. The vehicle went across the centerline and was struck by a 2018 Chevrolet Malibu that was northbound.
The driver of the Malibu, Jennifer Panuska of Long Prairie, was transported by the Browerville Ambulance to the CentraCare Hospital in Long Prairie where she was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
The juvenile driver and juvenile passenger in the Tahoe were transported by the CentraCare Ambulance to the CentraCare Hospital where they were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Browerville Fire & Rescue, Browerville Ambulance, CentraCare Ambulance and the MN State Patrol assisted at the scene.
