On January 16, Frazee forced 25 Pirates turnovers and shot 41% from the three-point line in a 49-66 victory over the Verndale Pirates.

The Pirates had 17 first-half turnovers as they trailed 21-40 at halftime.

Verndale outscored Frazee in the second half 28-26. A defensive spurt that led to quick baskets cut into the Hornets' lead.

Taylor Johnson had 5 steals, while Olivia Stanley finished with 4. Stanley had 10 points to go with her 4 steals. Reagen Ludovissie finished with 15 points. . .
